A group of New York City men who say they were framed by crooked police detective before decades want prosecutors, an ongoing review of detective cases to speed up.
The men, that of murder were sentenced, the demand made Wednesday at a meeting on the steps of the Town Hall. Some have been released after long imprisonment on probation, but search still discharge.
They claim they were sentenced evidence by the now retired detective, Louis Scarcella produced (Skahr-SEHL'-uh).
